1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Tajdeed Vehicle Inspection Services platform (tajdeed.com.om), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Tajdeed provides vehicle inspection services in accordance with Royal Oman Police (ROP) standards and regulations. Our services include registration renewal inspections, comprehensive inspections, safety compliance checks, and condition assessments.
3. Booking & Appointments
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Walk-in inspections are accepted subject to operational capacity.
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the booking.
4. Payment
- All fees are in Omani Rial (OMR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment is required before or at the time of inspection.
- Online payments are processed securely through Bank Muscat SmartPay.
- Pending payments expire after 15 minutes, releasing the reserved slot.
5. Re-Inspection Policy
Vehicles that do not pass inspection are eligible for one free re-inspection within 14 calendar days of the original inspection date, provided the same inspection type is requested. After 14 days, standard fees apply.
6. Vehicle Requirements
- Vehicles must be presented with valid registration (Mulkiya) and insurance.
- Vehicles must be in a condition safe to drive to the inspection center.
- Tajdeed reserves the right to refuse inspection of vehicles deemed unsafe.
7. Results & Reports
Inspection results are final and based on the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection. Digital reports are provided immediately upon completion. Pass results are electronically transmitted to the ROP system.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tajdeed is not liable for any pre-existing vehicle conditions, damage occurring outside our premises, or any consequential losses arising from inspection results.
